Adeduntan sets to Occupy Government house in 2019

The gubernatorial quest to replace the present All Progressives Congress (APC)'s Isiaka Ajimobi of Oyo State has taken a new dimension as the present State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Azeez Adeduntan, has publicly made his interest in occupying the State Secretariat in Agodi come 2019 known.

The gubernatorial quest to replace the present All Progressives Congress (APC)’s Isiaka Ajimobi of Oyo State has taken a new dimension as the present State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Azeez Adeduntan, has publicly made his interest in occupying the State Secretariat in Agodi come 2019 known.

He revealed this in Ibadan yesterday during a visit to the state’s APC secretariat in Oke Ado.

The former governorship candidate under the umbrella of Labour Party in the 2011 Guber race has made ‘continuing the transformation agenda’ of the Abiola Ajimobi-led administration his priority said the present administration has done good in dualization of roads in Ogbomosho, Iseyin, Okeho, and Shaki promised to continue the good works of his boss by extending a non-sectional leadership style of His party leader to all parts of the State.

The CardioVascular Surgeon was received by the State Party Chairman, Chief Akin Oke and his executive members who on behalf of all Party member pledge their support for Him.

Adeduntan expressed his profound appreciation to the leadership of the state APC, the Ajimobi led administration and the entire Oyo stat inhabitants for the opportunity granted him to serve in His own capacity as a Commissioner. He said ‘this government has done all it has done in terms of good Health Delivery, Rural infrastructure, agricultural development, and human development. It will be my pleasure to continue this good job if allowed in 2019.
