Felix Akpan, a lecturer in the university of calabar ‘UNICAL’, have been shot by Gunmen at a relaxation joint and also killed the security guard in Calabar,

Some officials of the University and Akpan, were said to be holding a meeting when the gunmen attacked.

The guard was gunned down by one of the attackers when he tried to shut the gate at them.
