Sexual Scandal: I was used by Powerful politicians – Stephanie Otobo begs Apostle Suleman

Stephanie Otobo, the Canadian singer who alleged a romantic affair with Apostle Johnson Suleman, founder of Omega Fire Ministries confessed in front of the congregation on Saturday morning that she lied against the man of God.

This is coming barely 48 hours after the Canadian citizen asked Lagos High Court to examine Suleman’s penis during the trial of the libel suit he filed against her.

In her counter-claim to the suit (ID/ADR/374/2017), Otobo restated that the preacher lied that there was nothing between them. She also denied through her lawyer, Festus Keyamo the allegation of libel against the preacher.

In a new video, Stephanie confessed that she was used by “powerful politicians and pastors” who exploited her desperation to kickstart her music career to frame the pastor.

“I am the lady behind the scandal of our father, Apostle Suemain. Actually, I came to Nigeria with a very strong passion for my career which is my music and I fell into the wrong hands of some very strong and powerful politicians and pastors who manipulated me in a very wrong way with the intention to fall the man of God. They lied to me and made me do all sorts of stuff that are lies,” she confessed

“But because of my desperation for my career, I succumb to whatever they said. They promised I will get my money, career wherever I wanted. So that was why I got into it and at the time, i didn’t know what was going on, I just wanted to help myself. They paid me a lot of money, I just want to apologise, mama, I am sorry, forgive me.” Stephanie added bowing before the wife of the Apostle, Lizzy Suleman.

Stephanie had claimed in 2015 her affair started with the man of God after she called him from Canada for counselling. She said Suleman in an attempt to convince her revealed how he had secretly dated a Nollywood actress, called Daniella Okeke who she claimed the Pastor bought a house and a car for.

The Canadian singer said Suleman told her that his wife was too busy with church activities that she didn’t have enough time for his sexual life. She claimed the Pastor also paid for her trip to Napoli, Italy during a crusade where he showered her with affection.

During several interviews, Stephanie had shown evidence of money transferred to her account by Suleman. She also released many nude pictures she exchanged on instant messenger, with the man of God.

She revealed that they had unprotected sex many times as the pastor told her he wanted male children. She equally denied that Apostle Suleman gave her gifts and money out of generosity, claiming they were the result of sexual satisfaction in different hotel rooms.

Stepanie also claimed the Pastor promised to marry her and had done an introduction, a statement her father openly denied. She equally revealed that she was pregnant for the pastor.
